Precast Flush Door 7*3
A “flush” door describes a doorset where the door face sits in-line with the door frame. This differs to a more standard design where the door is set slightly back in the frame (or "recessed").
A flush panel door is made of a core (core can either be solid timber or other materials) enveloped with an outer covering of choice materials. Its rails can either be a solid timber (glued together) or metal clads (connected by rivets).

Description
Flush doors have simple door designs that have perfectly smooth surfaces on both sides. They are manufactured by sandwiching plywood or blockboard over a light hardwood/cardboard frame. Laminates or veneers might be used to finish them. These doors have excellent dust, heat, and noise resistance.
A door is a hinged or otherwise movable barrier that allows ingress (entry) into and egress (exit) from an enclosure. The created opening in the wall is a doorway or portal. A door's essential and primary purpose is to provide security by controlling access to the doorway (portal).
